GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Administering a training program for International Military Students (IMS) (e.g., reviewing prerequisites, invitational travel orders, academic reports, or related administrative duties); and analyzing issues and applying analytical techniques, such as trend analysis, to recommend solutions to problems affecting a training program. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting with the administration of a training program for International Military Students (IMS) (e.g., assisting with reviewing prerequisites, invitational travel orders, academic reports, or related assistant administrative duties); and applying analytical techniques, such as trend analysis, to help develop solutions to problems affecting a training program.
