You may qualify at the NH-04 broadband level if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH- 03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Must meet 3 out of 5 of the statements below: Providing support with the direction, development, and performance of multi-functional logistics management operations that include planning, coordinating and evaluating the logistics actions required to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) goals and mission. Applying logistics processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule and performance for major weapon system programs. Identifying and applying the concepts, policies, and practices of logistics management as they apply to new and in-service systems during all acquisition phases of the life cycle. Providing operations and sustainment for an IT or Command and Control (C2) system. Researching, planning, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and briefing logistics actions in support of leadership’s goals and vision. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
