To qualify for GS-15 candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Specialized experience include: Developing and implementing Division policies, practices; AND Assessing, developing and evaluating program goals, needs, operations and accomplishments; AND Planning, directing, coordinating and oversee effective development of Division programs; AND Representing the Bureau in inter-agency meetings, conferences and ad hoc committees on Division issues and program initiatives; AND Directing the coordination of projects and programs with management officials in other divisions.
