GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Plan and coordinate course curricula development, revision, and implementation. 2) Oversees the design, development, maintenance, evaluation, and improvement of curricula in accordance with the requirements outlined by the Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) and the Training Project Plan (TPP). 3) Provide guidance and training management support to Training Director, Course Supervisors, Instructors, and Instructional System Specialist regarding all facets of training. 4) Assist in the validation of the material and preparation of material for implementation of new or revised Course of Instruction (COI). GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assist in providing curriculum and audit management support for a training department 2) Assist in scheduling and conducting Formal Course Reviews (FCRs), Internal Course Reviews (ICRs), and Testing Program Validation in order to improve training; and 3) Use electronic tracking and management tools necessary to manage course schedules and assigned courseware, make updates to naval education databases, and provide analytical tracking of qualification and training programs.
