Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1). Identify areas of improvement throughout the organization to develop new methods for implementation to increase mission readiness; 2). Analyze national security strategies to determine operational requirements; and 3). Plan and assign work to personnel based on priority level to meet organizational deadlines. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12 or above). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Attention to Detail Manages Human Resources Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
About the Position: The incumbent will serve as an Operations Officer at the Joint Center for International Security Force Assistance in Fort Leavenworth, KS.
