In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG/GS-14 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience in Cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework, Program/Project Management, IT Portfolio Management, DevSecOps pipeline implementation, Agile software development, data design and analytics, data engineering, ITSM, Intelligence Community regulations, Intelligence Community IT Environment, and cloud computing (Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, Software as a Service, etc.) For this position, individuals must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
