SUPERVISORY INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1. Lead the organization’s mission by overseeing analysis and reporting of current intelligence and long-term research. 2. Plan for, defend, allocate, and execute the organization’s annual budget, to include contract and organization level programs. 3. Communicate authoritatively, both orally and written, to include senior level communications and support. 4. Demonstrate the full breadth of first level line supervisor responsibilities, to include building and leading teams. 5. Establish priorities to reflect customer requirements and allocate resources to balance priorities among customer needs while building collaborative relationships and networks. You will serve as a GG-0132-15 Supervisory Intelligence Specialist at the NIMITZ Warfare Analysis Center within the Office of Naval Intelligence in Suitland, MD. As the Deputy Department Head of the Naval Warfare Department, you will oversee analysis and reporting of current intelligence and long-range research, supervise and lead teams, manage personnel resources, and build collaborative relationships and networks.
