Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-II pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing pre-award functions for procurements involving complex contracts of specialized equipment, systems, construction projects, and services. You will serve as a Contract Specialist at MARCORSYSCOM, working on a dynamic integrated team with a Procuring Contracting Officer and other contract specialists to procure ground weapon and major IT Systems.
