Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Mastery of the Planning, Programing, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) and Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) process. Proven ability to communicate orally and in writing at senior levels with high ranking officials, including Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service (SES). Experienced at problem solving leading to solutions and decisions on work problems presented by subordinate supervisors. Skill at representing an organization at technical interface and exchange meetings.
