Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Analyzing pre-award and post-award functions for IT contracts; 2) Administering IT contracts and commodities to ensure compliance with acquisition laws, regulations, guidance, and policies; 3) Coordinating with Financial Management Office, other business lines, directorates, and/or organizations on funding requests and to ensure availability of funds; 4) Coordinating with Contract Specialists (CS), Contracting Officer (KO), technical subject matter experts, Financial Management Office, and/or business lines/ directorates to ensure appropriate and complete submission of acquisition and funding paperwork; 5) Tracking and managing funding and budget allocations for a business line, directorate, or organization; and 6) Leading and working with Procurement Analysts (PA) and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR) to manage and coordinate funding for IT procurements. NOTE: This experience must be fully and clearly supported in your resume to be considered. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate Attention to Detail – Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
