Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position your resume must describe one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 or equivalent) grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Providing advice on the repair of equipment and subsystems; 2) Monitoring unit readiness and analyzing logistic problem areas to determine root causes and recommend corrective action to field command elements or equipment proponent agencies; AND 3) Advising field commanders, maintenance officers, maintenance technicians, and combat support personnel on maintenance, assistance, and training for the operation of military materiel. The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02 or GS-11 equivalent. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Leadership Oral Communication Planning and Evaluating Problem Solving

About the Position: The ILSC is responsible for sustaining war fighting readiness and managing a large part of the Armys investment in war fighting capacity as integrators of nearly 3,000 weapon systems that form the core of the Armys war fighting capability.
