Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service which includes (1) Performing procedural and administrative work in an office setting; (2) Utilizing Microsoft Office to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare and edit documents (e.g. correspondence, spreadsheets, etc.); (3) Coordinate meetings and/or conferences including schedules, agenda, minutes, and timelines; (4) Follow up on taskers/due dates and ensure timely response, and (5) Knowledge of and experience utilizing Human Resources systems (Autonoa, EMPReS, DCPDS, RPA initiation, etc.). This is definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Clerical Customer Service Organizational Awareness Technology Application Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).

About the Position: This is a PERMANENT position with the Directorate of Human Resources at Fort Jackson, SC. The incumbent will work under the general supervision of the Project Manager of the Military Personnel Division/Adjutant General (MPD/AG).
