SUPERVISORY HR SPEC (REC/CLASS/EMPL)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: directing and overseeing work of human resources specialists in the areas of staffing, classification, and employee relations, and provide technical operating advisory services on staffing, classification, and employee relations to Marine Corps Systems Command. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Human Resources and Organizational Management Branch (HROM) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
