Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Developing program elements, goals, initiatives and objectives for an administrative program; 2) Developing internal operating policies and procedures for administrative programs; 3) Conducting studies in management analysis and organizational dynamics for the purpose of identifying and solving management problems in administrative programs; and 4) Participating in the programming, planning and budget formation of administrative programs.
