GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Processing passports, visas, travel orders, and assisting with travel arrangements; 2) Resolving administrative issues such as financial matters, travel changes, lost luggage, support of emergency family’s situation, and/or the early return; and 3) Using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access to create and maintain written correspondence which include travel documents and reports.
