SUPERVISORY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (SHIPBUILDING)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying expert knowledge of the full range of engineering, principles, concepts, methodology related to ship repair/shipbuilding quality assurance programs, planning, and the accomplishment of a variety of difficult and complex work assignments. Experience planning and overseeing training of personnel with detailed and comprehensive instruction in the processes involved in understanding and implementing newer procedures and modifications of older procedures in the Quality Assurance Program. Experience performing supervisory functions in reviewing and approving position descriptions, reviews employment applications, promotion documents, performance rating programs, and acts as recommending official for Audit Branch quality assurance positions. Experience reviewing workload, technical demands, adjusting ceilings, personnel assignments, and leading investigations into especially urgent or complex problems. Experience evaluating skill inventories, workload records to assure optimum balance of resources, and overall employee performance related to the quality of work processes and products. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (SHIPBUILDING) in the Quality Assurance (QA) Department {Code 130), CAQAP Program & Audits Division (Code 132), Audits Branch (Code132 B) of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.
