Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating the effectiveness, adequacy and suitability of existing training equipment and systems. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving developmental or training program issues to provide advice and guidance to employees and managers. You will serve as a TRAINING SYSTEM SPECIALIST in the 2d Marine Aircraft Wing, Safety and Standardization (DSS) section aboard Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina of II MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.
