Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience collaborating with various personnel including, COMNECC, USFF, COMPACFLT Lead CTR(s), the ENTERPRISE NETWORK IT service provider regional lead(s) and ENTERPRISE NETWORK Program Management Office representatives. Experience in all aspects of NECC/NECCPAC N6’s NMCI, MILCON/Facility, ITPR, and RFA programs by analyzing existing and planned IT applications, both hardware and software, to determine current and future potential for enhancements. Experience participating in a variety of DON-wide work groups by evaluating, developing, and recommending modification/approval on assigned area of standards. Experience preparing studies and other papers in assigned areas regarding ENTERPRISE NETWORK and brief a wide range of audiences that may include top management on an occasional basis. Experience reviewing existing COMNECC ENTERPRISE NETWORK Program Management Policy and provide change recommendations to COMNECC NETOPS / FISCAL Division head N64. Experience developing new ENTERPRISE NETWORK program management policy as directed by NECC. Experience serving as a senior technical advisor for all ACTR issues. Experience reviewing, validating, and providing change recommendations to existing policy governing the management of the ENTERPRISE NETWORK programs. Experience providing policy updates and direction to ACTRs in the regional area of responsibility. Experience responding to customer requests and assists with problem resolution on contractor noncompliance issues. Experience coordinating with new customer requirements. Experience in ensuring that the chain of command is informed on the current status of ENTERPRISE NETWORK transition, as well as on any issues that arise in sites that have reached steady state. AND Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. You will serve as a LEAD IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK/SYSADMIN) in the N6 Directorate of Commander Naval Expeditionary Combat Command (COMNECC) of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
