Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Utilizing knowledge of an agency’s acquisition process in order to provide oversight for complex acquisition programs; 2) Serving as a liaison to external organizational stakeholders with responsibility for providing guidance on decisions that impact acquisition projects; and 3) Preparing briefings and reports to senior leaders in order to identify issues and/or progress in issue resolution. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-03(GS-13) position in the federal service. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Acquisition Strategy Communications Leadership Organizational Awareness
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a Program Officer for various ACAT I, II and/or III programs within the Project/Product Managers (PM) Office. This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 encompasses grades 14 and 15 on the General Schedule.
