Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience is defined as: 1) Develop financial policies and regulations for assigned program initiatives; 2) Manage programs within a Project Management office to ensure requirements are accomplished; 3) Manage the acquisition lifecycle of products/programs to include cost, schedule, and performance; and 4) Develop programmatic documentation such as Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Justification and Authorization, Statements of Work, and spend plans. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03)/GS-13. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Acquisition Strategy Communications Leadership Program Management
About the Position: This Program Analysis Officer position is assigned to the Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Communications, and Network (PEO C3N), Business Management Division, located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS grade 14 Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS 15 grade step 10 in the broadband.
