GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing management with information for making decisions on the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations, in performing duties that include the following: 1) Providing input and advising on expenditures, funds control, and budgeting for an organizational program; 2) Entering, monitoring, maintaining, extracting, and analyzing data and records from automated systems to track activity/progression, and create reports to present to management; 3) Initiating, submitting, tracking the progression, and processing of personnel actions; 4) Applying knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures to assist members of the organization. 5) Applying knowledge of management principles, processes, and techniques in order to provide viable recommendations that will enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the organization.
