IC Performance Data Analyst

Mandatory Requirements: Demonstrated ability to apply analytic, quantitative, and qualitative techniques to analyze, evaluate, and recommend appropriate alternatives to complex issues. Extensive knowledge of the IC and its components, missions, and interrelationships, including a demonstrated ability to lead broad-based teams regarding key IC issues. Extensive experience developing data visualization tools to meet customer needs. Extensive experience cleaning, normalizing, and otherwise enhancing the fidelity of data. Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical findings into an easily understood narrative (i.e. tell story with data). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area. TS/SCI with current polygraph.
