Customer Service – Works with clients and customers. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Promoting awareness of security issues among management and ensures sound security principles are reflected in the organization’s vision and goals. 3. Oral Communication – Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Preparing briefing materials and supports SPCIO in briefing SSP senior leadership in matters related to the incumbent areas of responsibilities. 4. Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Identifying lack of policies and processes in the selected information management focus areas to assists the Data Steward in these areas to resolve the deficiencies.
