SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGMENT SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Expert knowledge in logistics and operational data information systems to quantify factors/drivers for both fleet readiness and operating and support costs; 2. Demonstrating considerable insight of the dynamics of aviation logistics IT support systems and the ability to capture meaningful data in measuring system performance; 3. Structuring, planning, assigning, and evaluating accomplishment of tasks; 4. Expert knowledge of analytical methods for weapons systems and subsystems, the specific physical and performance characteristics of naval aviation weapon systems and subsystems, their interactions, and the relationship to program readiness and cost; 5. A thorough understanding of the interrelationships of logistics requirement characteristics with other professional disciplines (e.g., program management, logistics, engineering, contracting) to resolve complex problems, serve as technical consultant, and provide decision makers with a series of alternatives to optimize and improve readiness.
