GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience or training which demonstrates the ability to perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic system operations. Experience demonstrating the ability to fit and adjust parts and assemblies. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have experience demonstrating a broad knowledge in repairing, rebuilding, modifying and testing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and major components of artillery systems. Experience in diagnosing malfunctions and determining needed repairs in artillery systems. Experience demonstrating the ability to inspect artillery systems. Experience which demonstrates the ability to develop test standards. Experience interpreting and applying drawings, schematics, blueprints, diagrams and specifications.
This National Guard position is for a Artillery Repairer (TEMP) (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1224000 and is part of the Combined Support Maintenance Shop located in Draper, with the Utah Army National Guard. Priority will be given to all current, onboard employees of the UTNG. The selecting supervisor for this vacancy is CW2 Roberts Mark. This is a temporary appointment.
