Additional information about transcripts is in this document. GS-11 One year of specialized experience which includes providing contract administration for construction projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-10). GS-10 One year of specialized experience which includes conducting contract negotiations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). GS-09 One year of specialized experience which includes preparing Quality Assurance (QA) and safety reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-08).
About the Position: You will perform contract change orders and claim evaluation work. Work requires knowledge of the construction, operation and limitation of engineering systems, structures, materials and devices.
