Specialized Experience for the GS-13 is one year of experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes all of the following; – Assigns cases, monitors stringent deadlines, and approves when initial time limits should be extended; AND – Provides advice and assistance to the EEO Counselors to resolve internal complaints and ensures timely processing of complaints in accordance with Fiscal Service policies and EEOC guidelines; AND – Monitors complaints to ensure effective and efficient completion and takes action to expedite complaint processing as necessary; AND – Coordinates complaint investigations and serves as the point of contact for all investigations. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Deputy Commissioner Transformation and Modernization. As an Equal Employment Manager (Resolution Program Manager), you will assist the EEO Officer in administering the Equal Employment Opportunity Program by providing continuing equal employment opportunity services to all managers and employees of all levels.
