Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: specialized experience Identifying, considering and advising managers and employees about relatively common issues or problems such as routine leave or attendance questions or disputes. Preparing draft disciplinary letters, grievance responses. Analyzing employee relations problems/situations and recommending courses of action that meet organizational needs and are compliant with controlling statutes, regulations, policies and labor contract requirements.
