REGION INSPECTOR/INVESTIGATOR

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Receives and assesses a variety of hotline complaints and conducts in-depth complaint analysis to determine a proper course of action. 2. Conducts independent and thorough investigations regarding assigned hotline complaints, command directed investigations and other specialized assigned investigations. 3. Conducts compliance inspections to determine the functionality of programs and their compliance with standing regulations governing their operations. 4. Prepares investigative and compliance inspection reports which are clear, concise, and collect sufficient evidence to justify the findings are recommendations therein. You will serve as a REGION INSPECTOR/INVESTIGATOR within the Region Inspector General Office of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO. You will be assigned as the Naval Weapon Station Seal Beach (NWSSB) Installation IG and your office will be located at the NWSSB Installation in Seal Beach, CA.
