MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 through GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing design, analysis, and documentation for aircraft modifications. 2) Establishing customer requirements and creating comprehensive Statements of Work. 3) Developing mechanical design concepts from limited requirements. 4) Reviewing mechanical drawings for fabrication capability and analyses for airworthiness. 5) Working on varied, complex equipment systems and subsystems associated with research, innovation, or reengineering assignments and demonstrates competence and creativity in developing new concepts and new uses of materials, hardware, software, and/or tactics. .
