Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized and Other Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1.) Provide guidance on operational and strategic plans, and 2.) Ability to advise management on developing and maintaining operational and strategic plans, related to program areas, such as current and future operations, plans, range scheduling and visit coordination and 3.) Assign workload to subordinate employees and set priorities, and 4.) Develop performance standards for subordinate employees. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Leadership Organizational Awareness Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence
About the Position: This Supervisory Management and Program Analyst is located at Aberdeen Test Center, Plans and Operations Directorate, with duty location of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. ATEC U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center uses salary control points within the salary range to allow for differentiation in the level of positions within the same broadband. Therefore, the salary for this position will be set no higher than $153,354 (with locality).
