I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing management principles, processes and techniques in order to provide viable recommendations that will enhance efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the organization. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Monitoring daily business operations for a large organization comprised of individual Integrated Weapons Support Teams who are responsible for life cycle support for aviation weapon systems; 2) Planning, developing, coordinating, and recommending policies and guidance for Aviation Operations Department in variety of areas, including the training, development, and coordination of all NAVSUP WSS programs; 3) Applying analytical, statistical, and evaluative methods necessary to perform a complete analysis; and 4) Gathering and evaluating data in order to prepare valid recommendations and provide sound judgment/advice. You will serve as a Program Analyst coordinating training and development requirements for the N98 Workforce within the N98 Staff Office of the Aviation Operations Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
