SENIOR PPV PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Planning, programming, budgeting, executing and managing Navy Limited Liability Company (LLC) interests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations; 2) Leading Public Private Venture (PPV) working groups, negotiations, project development, and sustainment activities; 3) Providing technical support, and serving as the point-of-contact for all PPV related actions; and 4) Providing strategic and day-to-day guidance and interpretation of regulations and requirements to assure program execution. You will serve as a SENIOR PPV PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the Operations (OP) Department, Public Private Ventures (PPV) Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC.
