MAINTENANCE MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE: Experience providing technical directions to workers in various trade disciplines to include, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, pipefitting, and air conditioning for various facilities; Experience of shop mathematics to plan, compute, and layout projects; Experience interpreting and applying building plans and blueprints; Experience leading or supervising processes involved in the fabric worker trade while initiating any necessary corrective actions to overcome delays in project completion. Experience ensuring compliance with applicable laws regulations and policies; Experience planning, assigning, and reviewing work.
