Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and in-depth knowledge with SABRS (Standard Accounting and Budget Reporting System), CFMS-C (Command Financial Management System-Consolidated), and Navy Enterprise Reference Planning ERP systems, including their functionalities, interfaces, and integration points. Experience using Navy ERP to maintain/updating reference data (Authorization Groups, Fund Centers, Plants, etc.) addressing and resolving technical issues related to financial funds grants/allotments and transactions in ERP. Experience with analyzing financial data, interpret system outputs, and ensure data accuracy across financial systems. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues in both CFMS-C/SABRS, with experience in managing system updates and integrations. Experience understanding relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and federal financial management standards. Experience communicating articulately technical issues and financial information clearly to stakeholders and preparing detailed reports and documentation. Experience in identifying problems within financial systems and implementing solutions to optimize system performance and accuracy. Experience in overseeing financial system projects, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
