MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Naval Supply Systems Command - Department of the Navy

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of transportation policies, procedures and systems; 2)Knowledge of applicable NAVSUP WSS, USTRANSCOM, DLA, and other DOD and Navy activity organizations, concepts, principles, regulations, practices, and policies; 3) Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative techniques sufficient to conduct studies, analyze findings and make recommendations in order to develop transportation policies, implementation guidance and identify customer requirements 4) Utilizing office automation tools to complete data analysis and prepare briefs; 5) Broad knowledge of problem solving and team-building methods and techniques to assist team members and individuals in developing effective solutions. 6) Mastery of oral and writing skills to draft and review policy, prepare and present metrics, conduct formal briefings, and communicate effectively.
