In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate: GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing acquisition procedures, pre-award and post award functions, cost and price analysis, solicitation, negotiation, and administration, planning, and management of contracts for equipment materials and services associated with production support, test and evaluation, and research and development.
