HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (TITLE 5)

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: MUST possess 3 years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4, that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the lower grade level in the Federal service in order to be considered for this position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-9 Level MUST possess at least 1-year of specialized experience at the GS-7 Level: experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, such as: recruitment and placement actions for AGR Personnel, develop position announcements, qualify candidates for selection, provide guidance to employees regarding entitlements, rights, and obligations, etc. GS-7 Level MUST possess at least 1-year of specialized experience at the GS-5 Level: experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, such as: recruitment and placement actions for AGR Personnel, develop position announcements, qualify candidates for selection, etc. Verbiage displayed on your resume or application must contain your own words.
