FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

GS-11 To qualify for the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-2210-11, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience researching and analyzing financial reports and data files and provides assistance in interpreting and evaluating financial and accounting reports Experience coordinating resource requirements and recommend resource allocations based on priorities and needs. Experience processing data and perform broad-in-depth financial analysis of interrelated accounting or out-of-balance conditions associated with processing actions within Financial Management systems. Experience preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/Training Briefs/Command Instructions. NOTE: THIS INFORMATION MUST BE SUPPORTED IN YOUR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing and preparing budget exhibits and documentation for budget submissions. Experience preparing budget execution reports and analysis for direct and reimbursable resources using analytic database tools. Experience maintaining accounting documentation on all funding increases and decreases to annual resources. Experience reviewing reports, documentation and work papers to ensure compliance with financial standards. Experience applying financial and accounting standards in review of internal controls.
