Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Providing financial advice on an organization’s program financial requirements while interpreting established policies and procedures in conformance with the mission objectives and goals; and 2) Experience analyzing management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering, and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-02 (GS-11) position in the federal service. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Communications Financial Management Planning and Evaluating
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a program analyst within a PEO, Project/Product Management Office and has responsibility for cost/schedule/resources management and program reporting. Develops appropriate plans and objectives in keeping with PEO/PM and higher echelon objectives.
