Must have knowledge of collegiate-level higher education student information systems. Must have ability to design and interpret research projects. Must be able to manage and coordinate large and complex projects under time constraints, while interacting with high-level professionals. QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Prior academic service to include: PhD with academic affairs/academic support experience at an accredited post-secondary institution. Instructor or guest lecturer at an accredited post-secondary institution. Academic program manager at an accredited post-secondary institution. Position leads the Academic Operations Plans/Programs Division and oversees management/governance of AUs academic enterprise. Position is part of the HQ AU A3 Directorate and creates/maintains plans/programs, policy/guidance development, and execution of academic operations. Ensures the AU/CC and 10 subordinate School/Center Commanders have the data, metrics and analysis required to make decisions. Serves as one of AUs primary interlocutors w/ internal/external educational organizations.
