A qualified candidate must possess: The incumbent must have the ability to visually recognize shortages of supplies at the bar such as beverages, beer, condiments, garnishes, glasses, napkins, and utensils, and to replace them as needed. Skill is needed to use knives and automatic slicers in the preparation of garnishes such as or oranges, limes, and lemons. The incumbent has the ability to serve non-mix drinks under the close technical guidance of a bartender.
This position is located in the Food and Beverage Division in the Navy Region Southwest at Naval Air Station Lemoore. The primary purpose of this position is to operate a limited-service bar such as portable bars for private parties and banquets.
