Specialized Experience: To qualify for the FG12, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FVG, FG GS-11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: Experience utilizing Accident Package Generator tool, communicating with field facilities on the accident package process, and coordinating information with legal professionals. Experience following ATO procedures and responsibilities for aircraft accident and incident notification, investigation, reporting, and documentation. Incumbent serves as a management and program analyst for an organizational entity of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Provides a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in the conduct of projects and studies of substantive functions to improve the overall work operations of the organization assigned.
