MWR Lifeguard/Aquatics Instructor

Must hold current certification in Lifeguard training or equivalent, Water Safety Instruction, Lifeguard Instructor or Aquatics Fitness Instructor from recognized agencies Must obtain Water Safety Instructor certification within 9 months Must be knowledgeable of emergency water safety procedures, policies, written instructions and directives Must pass an annual swim test demonstrating ability to perform the work Effectively meet and deal courteously with the public, present a neat, clean appearance and be able to exercise control over a group of people

This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Fitness, Sports, and Deployed Support Branch; Fleet Readiness; Commander, Navy Installations command (CNIC); Naval Base Kitsap.
