Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing a diverse team, collaborating with senior leaders and inter-agency partners, developing long-term plans, optimizing program efficiency through policy and program review, and coordinating program goals and resources with key senior leadership. You will serve as a Program Manager (Chief of Staff) for the Joint Program Manager – Protection (JPM-P). This is a Marine Corps Systems Command position assigned to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND).
