Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: executing, developing, and managing the delivery of civilian federal human resources (HR) policies involving one or more of the following functions: recruitment and staffing, classification, compensation, or workforce shaping; ensuring compliance with governing laws and regulations; developing, interpreting, and/or advising senior management on HR policies and administration; and providing substantive input to the strategic planning of human capital resources for an organization. You will serve as the Personnel Demonstration Project Manager for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) affecting 10 NAVSEA Warfare Centers Human Resources (HR) Offices with a workforce of 20,000 employees. This position is equivalent to a GS-14/15.
