Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 pay band (GS-12/13 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer providing oversight of energetic systems to ensure delivery of technical projects. Examples of Qualifying Experience may include leading technical projects, managing financial budgets, communicating effectively with sponsors, and providing analysis of technical programs; executing Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) processes; ensuring quality management; providing briefings to leadership; leading rapid developing projects; writing business case analysis to promote workload within the branch.
