Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience at the expert level with Civilian Personnel and Human Resources Management, including initiating and submitting personnel actions, assisting employees with performance management; submitting performance awards. Experience assisting civilian personnel with all aspects of federal civilian employment; including liaising between employees, DCIPS and U.S. Fleet Forces Human Resources Office. Experience applying comprehensive, intensive, and practical knowledge and skills in civilian personnel management and applying this knowledge to the development of new methods, approaches, or procedures. Experience providing analysis, advice and detailed courses of action relating to work performed across the civilian Personnel (General Schedule/DCIPS). Experience as the Subject Matter Experience (SME) providing advice on complex Human Capital strategies and initiatives. Experience serving as a senior analyst and lead for implementing manpower recruitment and outreach strategies.
