MATERIALS HANDLER

An example of the screen out element is: I have the ability to perform a full range of Material Handler tasks working under limited supervision as demonstrated by receiving, handling, segregating, storing, stowing, inventorying, and documenting the movement and storage of supplies, equipment, or materials in accordance with prescribed regulations; performing inspections of incoming shipments to check for damage and compliance with technical requirements; documenting discrepancies, damage, and technical non-compliance; reading and preparing shipping documents and labels; using computer applications and automated equipment to document the movement of material; determining proper handling and storage procedures; utilizing available storage space for means of achieving maximum space utilization, material flow, and proper layout; operating motor vehicles, forklifts, and material handling equipment; packing, cushioning, banding, and wrapping materials in accordance with prescribed standards as demonstrated through experience. I work on my own initiative under general supervision subject to occasional inspection.
