What are we looking for? Must be knowledgeable in the operation of a Food Service Activity. Must have experience in and knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and food service operations. Basic skills in business administration, scheduling, accounting, policies, and performance standards. Knowledge and skill to evaluate a variety of raw and cooked food items. Knowledge of food spoilage, food borne illness and food safety. Skill to follow oral and written instructions. Skill to supervise employees in the accomplishment of work. Must be able to successfully complete and maintain a proper food safety/sanitation; alcohol serving training program; and/or ServSafe trainer certification, as applicable.
